According to the King James Version, the quote is, “If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? And if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?” In the simplest word, the whole statement is the question whether physically, mentally or spiritually – are you fit for god’s purpose?
The bottom line of all above mentioned Holy Quotes is to take the best care of health because it is god’s wish that we must be strong and prepare for his kingdom. We should not forget that god resides inside us so when we take care of our body then we take care of god.
